Im of the belief that ex relationships shouldnt be discussed period. Ive said that its none of their business just how their history s none of mine. If someones in a relationship with me they shouldnt have any emotional baggage, and so far so good.

I'm in agreement with that generally. Though it can be instructive if you're working toward a long-term relationship - in illustrating what your partner finds important in a mate and perhaps how those in her past have failed her.
