They don't have anything in the way of "gluten-free foods" (no baking mixes, no GF pasta, etc), but their prices on foods that are naturally gluten-free (fruit, veggies, meat, dairy, etc) beat any of my local markets, hands down. I usually save the cost of the membership in a couple of visits.

I've never seen anything there explicitly labeled "gluten-free" except Crunchmaster Grain Crackers.

I don't know about Sam's Club, but Costco has some awesome GF options, including prepared foods.

Yeah, and Costoco actually goes out of their way to pay attention to gluten-free. Their rotisserie chickens are GF, marked as such, and although I've never really gotten those (prefer to make my own), I tried one and it was really good.

The only item I've ever seen my Sam's Club stock is a huge box of gluten free crackers.

my mom has a sam's membership and i think they do a good job at stocking gluten free items

its not like baked mixes or anything, but things their meats (sausages, seasoned burgers, rotisserie chickens) are clearly labeled gluten free

I've even seen gluten free crackers there...

you should go inside and look around to decide :)
