As you lose fat your body hair growth continues to grow rapidly, soon it will be out of control, you are slowly reverting back into your primal keto form. Keto, de-evolution at its finest.

Thanks everyone! As a chronic low self esteemer this means a lot! It's definitely nice to have a support group to go to especially when Oreo cookies are calling my name.

Nope I stopped running when I started on keto based on suggestions in the FAQ.
