Quick Question RE Incoming Sequester: A govt. grant tells this NP to spend first and be compensated later; If the NP already got the grant, how can the sequester renege on that promise? (self.nonprofit)

SO works at the NP and we're looking at cuts or layoffs.

You need to look at specific cuts. It could well be that you are boned, but the cuts were mostly to departments. I would contact the office the grant was through.
