Can you narrow down the field of what you're looking for? In other words, why isn't this sufficient?

Thanks CaptainKabob and NFFAndrew, I am looking specifically for NGOs that have received federal grants and have re-granted to money to local community organizations. I'd like to find out about the programs that the money went to, and the results of the re-grants.
