I'll apologize in advance for the spam, but...

I'm not directly affiliated with the Reachout Community Center, but the founder is a good friend of mine and I'm hoping to help her win $250k in this Pepsi Refresh Project to go towards completing the building renovations they need to open their doors.

For the past several years, she's been devoting all of her time, energy and money to getting this community center started. It's been a struggle for her, but she's starting to make some headway, and winning this contest would go a long way towards making it happen.
