Will Patagonia be the next Palestine? What are Israeli Army Reconnaisance Teams doing in Patagonia ?

This is a really interesting article. I have no idea why people are downvoting it.

My wife is six weeks pregnant, and we live in Florida. Much of what we are reading on the web is of ambiguous at best. Does anyone out there have any links to credible sources that we can read to help us decide whether or not we should leave Florida?

Here is an interview with a Susan Shaw, a Marine Toxicologist, talking about the effects corexit has had on some people. I personally would get as far away from the Gulf as possible. When a hurricane comes through, oil and corexit are going to be spread everywhere and they will likely make a lot of people sick. Even if they don't it's much better to be safe than sorry, especially considering you wife and unborn child.

It's distressing that you would attempt to attack my personal character because I am concerned about the environment.

Just because Alex Jones is a is profiteering from being a sensationalist alarmist doesn't mean every article linked to from his site is inherently false.

Watch the Louisiana video I linked to above. Something in the corexit is making it possible for the oil to evaporate also.

Weather patterns in South Australia do affect us in Brisbane. Not long ago there was a huge dust storm that originated from South Australia that blanketed the east coast. If there are high enough levels of toxins then they are going to poison other water sources and then get evaporated again and spread further in a continuous cycle over time.

I'm not joking mate. I live in Brisbane, Australia but I have friends in Louisiana, Tennessee, and NY who I'm really worried about. You do realize that once this is in your drinking water you and everyone you know is going to get sick right? Maybe I'm just more socially conscious than you.

Please don't just ignore this. You livelihood is at stake. Inform other people of this injustice, the only way you can stop it is if enough people stand up against it.

How about this: Almost all of the people who worked with Corexit on the Exxon Valdez spill are now dead. Their average life expectancy was 51 years old. The few that are surviving are severely disabled and unable to work. Here is an interview with one of the few workers who is still alive

I'm sorry if I'm coming across over enthusiastically about this but I've been researching it for several weeks now and I've started to have trouble sleeping because I can't stop thinking about it. It's 5am here and I've even had some sleepers but I can't stop worrying and trying to think of ways to stop this problem. I'm on the complete other side of the world but I feel like I care more than a lot of the people who will be much more affected by this than I will. The effects of this contamination are going to be unfathomable. I genuinely believe that people need to start waking up and realize the scale of this problem before it's too late.

I'm not going to defend that article, that wasn't my main point anyway. The main issue I am trying to raise the the extremely toxic nature of corexit (4x more toxic than oil) and why it should be a a massive cause for concern for everyone regardless of whether or not they will be immediately effected by it.

Mississippi Florida Texas Ohio Louisiana I can't believe you aren't taking this seriously. This stuff is 4 times more toxic than oil, what do you expect is going to happen when it gets spread around the continent through rainfall? Do you really think it's just coincidence that crops seem to be dying after it rains? I don't know why you think this sounds unlikely since people are already getting very sick from it also.

This will piss you off - 'BP, Exon Mobil, Total & Shell are some of the most moral coroporations in the world.' Hear me out.

Jrad27 1 point2 points 1 month ago[-]

Just because they employ a large number of people doesn't make them moral.

The potential magnitude of what is unfolding in the Gulf of Mexico simply cannot be overstated. It is far, far worse than is being admitted and what we are allowed to see is catastrophic enough.

That is a really good article. I'm surprised more people don't upvote this sort of thing. It shouldn't even be called a conspiracy theory anymore. This is no theory.

There was not a single act of Arab terrorism against Americans before 1968, when the U.S. became the chief supplier of military equipment and economic aid to Israel. Does Israel Make Us Safer?

Apparently Israel has attacked America on several occasions in an attempt to frame someone else and push the USA into war. They have even admitted it!

Whether or not these things can be proven it is always good to keep an open mind. The suspicious and questionable actions of BP and the US government in relation to this disaster makes me wonder about their motives. I guess we'll know soon if people on the Gulf Coast start dying off like all the people who worked on the Exxon Valdez cleanup crew and were exposed to Corexit.

Can't help you but have an upvote for being from Brisbane as well.

Reddit I just completely flipped out and could use any advice.
