Both are (at least by political standards) accurate enough descriptors, in that the ministry is both homophobic and endorses, at least in part, traditional family roles. However, the article made it sound like the ad was a straight out pro life schill, which is still pretty clearly pushing an agenda.

If you're in a reasonably large city there may well be a bicycle recycling non-profit in town. If there is, you can get quite good bikes for as little as $20-30.

Harper undermined the very foundations of Canadian democracy with this stunt. Certainly it's true that the wealthy pay a larger share than the poor (who'd a thunk it?), but the poor actually pay an amount disproportionately higher than what they earn. That is, the bottom 50% contribute a little over 3% of tax income but actually earn less than 3% of the wealth.

The rest of what he writes (up until the point where I lost interest) seems to be an endorsement of laissez faire capitalism, but he doesn't actually make an argument for it so there's nothing in particular to refute.
