Reddit should I quit my job?

I know you're right. I'm not going to quit but just wanted to start getting myself in that change mindset. Thanks for the reminders of how quitting affects more than just your immediate income.

As for the guy, he's not moving away. He's just moving in with her, cementing my confusion about the whole thing and why some guys go for such shallow women. I literally can turn my head from where I sit and see him just 10 feet away. It's hard to ignore, especially when she comes back here a million times a day to flirt. From what I've see that's the only communication they have.

Anyway, I'll stick it out but am going to begin the job hunt on Monday. Thanks for all your advice.

Thanks so much for taking the time to respond. I realize that quitting my job isn't really an option, I've just gotten to that point where staying even one more day doesn't seem like one either. Never the less, I try to be thankful for how fortunate I am and always aware of how much harder life is for most people.

I guess I just needed to talk about it a little and get some feedback. Your response is why I wrote this :)

Have her eat lots of yogurt (the organic stuff) and showers not baths. I had this problem when I was using nuvaring which is birth control in the form of a vaginal insert. I'm guessing she'd put two and two together by now though if she uses it.

Some women are just more prone to them which sucks but they're treatable, just have to wait and she should be taken care of. In the mean time remember that men can get them too so I don't know if you guys want to be trying to have sex, even if the pain she experiences goes away shortly.

A lot of boards are just looking for community members with fresh perspectives. I'm in an advocacy and political leadership masters program so I was suggested and contacted by them but we've been looking for other students.

As far as the campaigns go, walk in to their headquarters and tell them to put you to work. Obviously the last few months are the funnest. I ran phone banks at my local Obama campaign field office and can definitely say it was a couple of the best months of my life.

I'm on the board of my cities women's health center aka abortion and std testing clinic. It's been a great way to get behind what I feel is an extremely important cause, protecting woman's right to choose. Also gubernatorials are coming up. There's nothing funner and more fulfilling that working for a campaign.

What people don't seem to understand is that once the bill is passed they can amend it. Basically they just need to pass something to lay the groundwork for reform. I'm not saying we shouldn't protest how bad it looks right now, but just keep in mind that there is a highly imperfect process to these things and we very well may still get what we want.

If I was a guy who made such ridiculous statements I'd consider myself fucking lucky to find a woman who cared so much about my sexual satisfaction, I certainly wouldn't be "looking for an exit". This subreddit is a place for both genders to talk about sex, why don't you check the macho bullshit at the door.

It really just depends. Up until recently this was all I wanted out of my relationships. Intimacy at times, but no real commitment, didn't have the time. So I had a lot of friends with benefits. Surprisingly things rarely ended badly, they just kind of fizzled out. There's still a guy I see occasionally who I've been sleeping with for about 5 years. We're good friends, although 100 miles apart, and we have an understanding that maybe a real relationship wouldn't work but we're still attracted to each other.

Also, I've slept with my best friend and he's moving in with me in a few months. We acknowledge that there's something very strong between us and that we may have to work on the details but that we don't have to make it into something.

Point is, let things develop naturally. Sex is fun and you'll know if something more should be pursued or not. Just be realistic and don't have expectations and you should end up ok if things don't work out.
